They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments.
If your appointment is no longer convenient for you, please contact us and we will do our upmost to get you rescheduled. Or if you don't need an appointment, again please let us know.
LATE ARRIVALS
Inform Us in Advance
ICE Hair Team is a very popular Hair Salon. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. We know life can get hectic, so if your running late, please let us know. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unncessarily.
